All of the themes provided on this site are restricted to non-commercial use. That means that they may only be used for personal accounts and not-for-profit group accounts. If your Virb account is part of your money-making plan (for example, you are the Red Hot Chili Peppers), then you may not use any of the themes provided here.

Also, you must place the “Attribution” in your profile when using a theme. Failure to do so violates the copyrights of both the designer who created the original theme as well as my own copyright for porting the theme to Virb. Even if you modify a theme from this site after using it on your profile, this is considered a derivative work and you are still required to maintain the attribution provided with the theme.

When you use a theme from this site, the images in that theme are hosted on this server. This is a free service of Free Profile Looks, but this does not mean that you may use the same images on other sites. Such a practice is called “hotlinking” and any servers found doing this will be blocked.

Finally, you may not redistribute any of the themes provided on this site on another “free designs for Virb” site. This is considered stealing and I will report any sites that do this.
